Do you want to get out on alcatraz island but don't know how? Just follow the steps. I saw this youtube video at forums that can also help.

Why am I at alcatraz island?

You are in alcatraz island simply because you dont "READ". You will be transfered to alcatraz island if you fail to finish the repeated quest test where the game asks you to click inside a circle in a box with a lots of shapes. this is to prevent hackers/bots.

 This is what alcatraz looks like

all you need to do is talk to the officer, take up the test n click inside the circle 3 times, with the location of the circle changing each time
Check the image below on what circle I am talking about. If u fail to click the circle in 30 seconds OR mis-click, you need wait 5 mins to try again.

If you follow it correctly you will spawn back to your respective main city.
NOTE: Failure to pass the quest correctly will lead you back to alcatraz island
